It features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, garage + every man’s dream workshop, +/- 6,000 Sq.Ft. MLA conquered challenges such as Coastal Commission, City of Encinitas Building Department, Storm Water, and various Engineering challenges. This was another MLA built project with leading innovation and accomplished unparalleled results within the local building community.
