This modern farmhouse home previously had an electrical fire that burned throughout the home. MLA General Contractor, Inc. Mike Amos, Matthew Amos, and TJ Amos were recommended by the Fire Chief to rebuild this custom home. This custom home rebuilt in 2021 as a labor of love starting from pre-construction, demolition, design, and planning, from the ground up, to a finished product. The home features 2,595 sqft of living space and a 748 sqft garage. MLA conquered challenges such as managing and facilitating the fire rebuild permits, Insurance Carrier, demolition of hazardous burned down home. MLA received numerous compliments from the Insurance Carrier stating, “they have never seen such a well-organized team, all documents in order, and using the most advanced technology and methods to build a custom home of this caliber in Southern California. This was another MLA built project with leading innovation and accomplished unparalleled results within the local building community.
